Refund policy

Each product that we create at SILWEAR backs an intensive process of fabrication which is carried out by various traditional craftsmen. We do not mass produce our designs as big factories or enterprises do using advanced machinery. We are a small business supporting small level artisans to bring life to our design creations. We take the utmost care of each and every detail and thrive to provide the best shopping experience for our clients.

In case you want to return our product because it has some color variation in gemstone or plating with respect to what you saw on the website images, then we would like to make you understand that there could be a couple of genuine reasons behind that. Gemstone colors can have variation every time we procure it. Even the variation can occur due to studio photography as good lighting conditions are provided during photoshoots although we try our best to provide you high-quality product images both in natural and studio lights for a confident selection. We would request you to consider this and embrace these variations as they provide a unique identity to your jewelry piece.

If you are still not happy with your purchase on our website please go through the following instructions -

Eligible for returns :

  1. Genuine quality issues.
  2. Packages lost in transit.
  3. In case a wrong item has been shipped to you.
  4. Damaged product received inside the box without the outer parcel packing being damaged (means a damaged product delivered by us and not being damaged in transit).

 Not Eligible for returns :

  1. Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
  2. After 2 failed delivery attempts by our respective courier agent.
  3. The package refused by the recipient.
  4. Sizing issues. Please review our size guides carefully before making your purchase.
  5. Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
  6. The return request is made after 24 hours of the package delivered to your address.
  7. The parcel is received in damaged condition, in such condition you are eligible to claim it from the courier service provider.
  8. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Please note we do not make a money refund on returns at all. Although you can exchange it for any other purchase made from our website of the same price or more (the amount of previous product will be deducted from your new purchase). Only if we are not able to deliver your product within the delivery time limit (refer to Shipping Policy) we will refund your complete amount without any issues.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at ask@silwearbyyash.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The customer has to bear the shipping charges while making a return.

After we receive your returned parcel it will be first inspected by our team if it is eligible for an exchange. Once the item is approved we will notify you and provide you the procedure for an exchange purchase.

In case you are eligible for an amount refund, we will soon move ahead with the refund procedure. The refund will be done by the same method we received the payment in. In exceptions, we may ask you for the account details. In case you paid via credit card/debit card/net banking, the amount will be refunded in the same account as you had made payment from.

If you have received a mail from us confirming your refund request, then rest assured that we have initiated your refund request and are following up with financial organizations for the same. Sometimes financial organizations take a longer time to process the refund request. However, if the refund hasn't happened by the date we promised, you can contact us. We will gladly help you.

We are here to help you 24x7. We do not entertain returns from products sold out of India unless there is a major issue that has to be addressed. Although we will try our best to sort out your concerns.
